Design Guidelines
These Design Guidelines have been prepared for homes within Songbird because EDQ understands the importance of innovation, well-designed built form, quality streetscapes and energy efficient homes that have been designed for modern urban living. All dwellings at Songbird must comply with these Design Guidelines, however consideration may be given to a dwelling that displays exceptional architectural design merit and addresses the intent of these guidelines and/or reflects contemporary Queensland architecture.
