Rockpool Residential Aged Care is coming to Songbird Oxley

Rockpool is a privately-owned aged care provider offering aged care, respite care, specialist memory support care and palliative care.  We are thrilled to announce that the next Rockpool care facility will be located within Songbird Oxley and it’s anticipated the opening will be in early-2025.

Residential Care

Luxurious, self-contained rooms provide residents with their own private sanctuary, but with enough space to host and entertain family and friends.

Respite Care

Caring for a partner, parent or loved one is a precious and rewarding responsibility.  However, at times it can also be challenging and overwhelming. It’s comforting to know experienced care and support is available if needed.

Memory Support Care

Rockpool’s secure Memory Support community is a safe and inclusive environment which allows residents with dementia and memory loss to live meaningful lives.

Palliative Care

At Rockpool, they consider it a privilege to support residents and their families through the end-of-life journey.  Specialist staff who are trained in end-of-life care, treat palliating residents with compassion, dignity and respect and provide comfort and support to their loved ones.
